1. Prices and Terms
- The Company reserves the right to alter prices without notice.
- Terms are cash and carry. Where goods are invoiced at special prices agreed at the time of ordering it is conditional on payment being made on the due date.
- The Company reserves the right to incorporate a credit charge of 2.5% monthly on overdue accounts.
- Orders under £100 are subject to a minimum order charge of £10.00.
- Occasionally colours may vary slightly from images on the site.
- All items are subject to VAT with the exception of children's wear and edibles.
2. Carriage
Goods are consigned by a 24 hour insured service. A before 12 noon or before 10.00am next day service is available on request.
All charged at cost. Orders over £250.00 carriage free, UK mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands). Europe & Ireland charged
at cost.
Please note we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays experienced by our carrier for any reason,
including adverse weather conditions, mechanical or technical failures and so on.
3. Cancellations
- All orders placed are deemed to be firm commitments.
- The Company does not accept returned ordered goods unless by prior arrangement and reserves the right to charge a restocking / handling charge of 20% up to 30 days from delivery and 50% over 30 days.
- All returns must be accompanied by the date of purchase and invoice number. Goods returned without this information cannot be processed.
4. New Customers
The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply goods until satisfactory trade status is established.
5. Damaged Goods
Written notification must be received within 48 hours of receipt of goods, for damaged goods and shortages.
6. Retention of Title
- Title to goods supplied will remain with the Company until full payment is received by the Company.
- Goods supplied against uncleared funds remain the property of the Company until paid for in full. The Company reserves the right to require the customer to deliver back to the Company immediately any goods supplied and not paid for.
- The Company retains the right to enter upon the customer's premises to repossess goods not paid for in full.
7. Trading with SNOWHILL SADDLERY LTD implies acceptance of there TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.

Quantity discounts are available on many items. Please telephone for details.
9. Health and Safety
Please note in accordance with legislation under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1972, SNOWHILL TRADE SADDLERY ARE UNABLE TO HANDLE ANY HORSE CLOTHING OR EQUIPMENT UNLESS IT IS CLEAN AND DRY, due to the hazards involved with the repairing and handling of horse clothing and associated products.
No credit card details are taken or stored on this website.
