Rhinegold Universal Neck Cover

Waterproof, ripstop outer, to attach to any Rhinegold rug ( that has the facility for a neck cover ) Polyester padded, cotton lined, with satin anti-rub mane panel.
Attachement: There is a clip in the middle that attaches to the D Ring on the withers, and 2 Elasticated touch tape straps to attach either side.
